FLS operates as a sole practitioner, based in Kennewick, Washington. It operates on a low overhead basis. The clients of FLS get to work with a CPA on personal basis and communicate their goals and needs with the person that will be doing the work.

About The Founder
FLS Tax & Accounting Service, PLLC was founded by Frank Skaff in 2013. A graduate of California State University Long Beach Major: Accounting. Enrolled Agent and Certified Public Accountant in the States of Washington and Illinois. Prior to Public Accounting, has work in key accounting roles with fortune 500 companies like Guess Jeans, Cigna Health Plans, and Mitsubishi and as both CFO and Controller since 1996.
